A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 16:50 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 7,742,00,00 in total, six times in the same manner, including a bank amounting to KRW 200,00 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located on a table, by using a string creb in order to use toilets by the victim D, and a bank amounting to KRW 10,00,000 in the market price, which was located on the table, in order to use the toilets by the victim D.

2. Around 12:30 on November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the store through an open entrance in consideration of theft of property from the victim’s name in Jeju-si to the F, which was managed by the victim’s influence; (b) around 13:26 on the same day, the Defendant: (c) abused the victim’s G by using the crepan in order to use the toilet; and (d) stolen the victim’s property via three times from the above date to November 25, 2019; and (c) stolen the victim’s property in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes (attached Form 2); (d) on the same day, the victim’s market price was 10,000 won at the market price, which was located on his/her own seal; and (e) one (e) one (e) one (300,000 won at the market price of the victim’s own seal.

3. On November 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Computer, etc. Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act purchased coffee from the I’s unmanned order sales unit operated by the victim’s name in H on November 16, 2019, and paid 2,300 won by using the IB K Enterprise Bank Card under the J’s name, as indicated in No. 2 of the BBK List(2).

Accordingly, the defendant acquires property benefits equivalent to 2,300 won by inputting the information without authority into the information processing device and making it processed.
