The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 17, 2015, at around 21:58, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a 3-story office located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) with the intent to steal the credit card of the victim E (41 tax) who is a partner of the workplace; and (c) with one copy of the credit card of the Korean bank, posted at the charging machine kept in the office and filled with the telephone onto the charging machine, and then cut off.

2. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of credit cards re-issued by the said victim at the aforementioned place; (b) committed a theft with one copy of the credit card posted at the cell phone line with the chargers kept in the office and filled with a cell phone onto the chargers kept in the office; and (c) committed a theft with one copy of the credit card posted in the cell phone line with the victim.

3. On October 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of credit cards re-issued by the said victim at the aforementioned place; and (b) committed a theft with one copy of the credit card posted at the cell phone line with the chargers kept in the office and filled with a portable phone at the chargers with the victim’s cell phone.
