The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to 10,000 won of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. by the Suwon District Court on October 12, 201, and was finally sentenced to 2 years of probation and a fine of 100,000 won on October

1. Larceny;

A. On July 27, 2012, the Defendant served as a main reserve supervisor at the “E station” for the victim’s operation in Suwon-si C, but around July 19, 2012, F, who works as the head of the division at the above gas station and manages the office, opened a simple safe in the office in the office, and cut off 50,000 won in cash by taking advantage of the gap in the office for the settlement of the Sejong Deputy Director.

B. At around 19:00 on July 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cut off 120,000 won in cash at a simplified credit cooperative located in the same manner in the above E-ownership station; and (b) stolen it.

C. At around 19:00 on August 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 80,000 in cash, which had been placed in the carter display stand in the same manner at the above E-owned gas station.

2. At night, the Defendant: (a) went away around one hour from the new wall; (b) knew that the said F, who was living together with the Defendant, was out of the prison room’s security cards and keys to the E station’s security cards and entrance doors by placing them in the Australian machine; and (c) took off the F Future office’s security cards and keys to the E station’s office, and used them to steal the property by intrusion upon the E station’s office.

On August 19, 2012, at around 01:49, the Defendant: (a) went to the E station office for the operation of the Victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) removed the security device using the office security card and the entrance and exit keys, which was taken out from F, and then opened the entrance and intruded into the office; and (c) cut off the cash of KRW 200,000,000, which was contained in the back west of the book.

B. At around 03:00 on August 25, 2012, the Defendant intrudes into the E-gas station office by the foregoing method.
