The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of C Co., Ltd. in Jeju, who is in charge of reporting the entry of a ship by using the port operation information system (POR-MI) on behalf of the captain.

Where entering into the water zone, etc. of a trade port, it shall be reported to the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries before entering the port, if departing from the water zone, etc. of the trade port, before leaving the port.

However, on May 20, 2017, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, left the port of Seopo-dong located in Seopo-dong, Seopo-si, the water zone of trade ports around 13:20 on May 20, 2017, and had Jeju Shipping D (1,612 tons) (1,612 tons) owned by the said C Co. Ltd. depart.
