Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for embezzlement, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on June 26, 2009, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 2009.

1.
