Defendant

A is the actual operator of “F” for the purpose of real estate leasing and selling investment in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and 405 (hereinafter “F”), Defendant C is the representative director in the name of F, and Defendant B was an employee of the said F from December 1, 2012 to August 3, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around November 2012, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with B to complete the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of B for the 18 households of Gangseo-si G multi-household (Nos. 201 through 206, 301 through 306, and 401 through 406) owned by the Defendant, in return for allowing B to work with monthly salary of KRW 2 million at the above F Office at the above F Office.

On November 29, 2012, the Defendant made a registration of transfer of ownership on November 13, 2012 under the name of 18 households of the above multi-household in the Chuncheon District Court's Gangseo Branch Branch Branch.

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership of real estate in the name of the title trustee B according to the title trust agreement.

B. Around March 19, 2013, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with the head of Gangseo-si Office to obtain a loan as security for 17 households and G multi-household 15 households, which are owned by the Defendant, with the content that the Defendant would make a registration for the transfer of ownership for the said multi-household 17 households (Articles 201 through 205, 301 through 306, and 401 through 406) in the Gangseo-si District Court Branch Office on April 19, 2013. The Defendant completed the registration for the transfer of ownership on April 18, 2013 under C’s name with respect to the 17 households of Gangseo-si Haung-si Branch Branch Office (No. 201 through 205, 301 through 306, and 406).

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership of real estate in the name of the title trustee C in accordance with the title trust agreement.
