1. The imprisonment of 10 months for Defendant A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and K Defendant A, and the imprisonment of 6 months for Defendant B, and 10 months for Defendant C.

Punishment of the crime

[2] Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 for gambling at the Changwon District Court on December 9, 2010, and KRW 1,50,000 for a total of five times, and Defendant B was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2,00,00 for habitual gambling at the Changwon District Court on January 9, 2017, and Defendant C was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 for a total of KRW 70,00 for a total of KRW 10,00 for a crime of aiding and abetting gambling at the Changwon District Court on August 13, 2015. Defendant C was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 for a total of KRW 6,00 for a prison term of KRW 1,50,000 for a prison term of KRW 2,00 for a total of KRW 1,60,000 for a prison term of KRW 3,000 for a prison term.

[2] The Defendants, on August 25, 2016, manage the whole of gambling places from around 17:30 to around 21:30 to around 50 square meters in G in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si.
