1. The defendant shall pay 30,727,00 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 11, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that he was employed by the defendant who is engaged in the automobile specialized repair business and provided labor from March 1, 2013 to May 27, 2019, but was not paid KRW 30,727,00 in total of KRW 9,90,000 and retirement allowance of KRW 20,827,000 from March 1, 2019 to May 27, 2019.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30,727,00 won including wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 11, 2019 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
