Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the representative of the Republic of Korea (State), is a user who runs a food wholesale and retail business using 18 full-time workers as the representative of the Republic of Korea-Si (State).

1. When a worker dies or retires, an employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Provided, That in special circumstances, the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant worked as a sales employee from the date of July 20, 2015 to August 13, 2017, and retired from the Defendant’s office as wages of 1,460,000 won in May 2017, and wages of 1,460,000 won in June 2017, and 1,460,000 won in July 2017, and 5,292,500 won in total and 5,292,50 won in August 2017, and 05,00 won in total from October 31, 2016 to August 13, 2017, and did not reach an agreement on the total amount of wages of 1,460,000 won in 0,500 won in 16,50,500 won in wage, 207, 2016,610,67, 2017

2. An employer who violates the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits of a worker shall pay a retirement allowance within fourteen days after the ground for such payment occurred, in case where the worker retires.

Provided, That the payment date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant worked as sales staff from E in Daejeon P to July 20, 2015 to August 13, 2017, and did not pay KRW 2,958,261 of the retired F's retirement pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline.
