Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “D” on the second floor of Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City.

A general restaurant operator shall educate juveniles so that they do not sell alcoholic beverages, which are drugs harmful to juveniles, and there are confusions in concepts such as the legal concept of juveniles (a person under the age of 19 or a person who has passed January 1 of the year when he becomes 19), which differs from the concept of minors under the Civil Act. In recent years, considering the fact that it is not easy to distinguish juveniles from their appearance because the state of cremation and clothes are similar to adults, and the fact that juveniles have children who raise their children by giving birth, etc., in order not to supply alcoholic beverages to juveniles, they are obliged to pay due care to juveniles so that they do not autonomously decide whether to confirm their identification cards only by the appearance of their visitors, but rather, to ensure that they do not actually receive alcoholic beverages by allowing them to inspect their identification cards on all persons who have ordered alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, at around 01:00 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant presented to an employee whose name cannot be known at the above general restaurant a clear standard that “if you look at, it will inspect an identification card, and if you look at, it will not inspect it,” thereby allowing the said employee to sell alcoholic beverages without verifying the identification card of 6 juveniles, such as E (n, 17 years old) who are juveniles who do not seem to know about the Defendant’s business and who do not seem to know about the Defendant’s business.
