1. The defendant is the Gangwon-do District Court's Gangwon-do District Court's Gangseo on July 28, 2006 receipt No. 9636 on July 28, 2006.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim has a claim for reimbursement based on the payment order (No. 2015 tea 797) rendered by the Gwangju District Court.
The defendant completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the real estate stated in paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 of this Article.
Since the claim secured by the defendant's above mortgage has expired by prescription, the registration shall be cancelled.
Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks to cancel the registration of establishment of mortgage in subrogation of B.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
