1. The defendant shall receive on August 2, 2008 from the Gwangju District Court for each real estate stated in the attached Form B.

1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim has a claim for reimbursement based on the payment order (No. 2010 tea877) rendered by the Gwangju District Court in relation to B.

The defendant completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the real estate stated in paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 of this Article.

Since the claim secured by the defendant's above mortgage has expired by prescription, the registration shall be cancelled.

Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks to cancel the registration of establishment of mortgage in subrogation of B.
