Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 04:00 on October 7, 2017, while the Defendant was taking meals at the “D” restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant took a bath with the victim as follows: (a) the victim E and F, who was taking meals on the side table table, were sleeped to the victim on the ground that the victim E and F, who were sleeped by the side table table, are sleeped; and (b) the victims are heard with four other customers and employees.

Accordingly, the defendant publicly insultingd the victims.
