A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special robbery;

A. On January 30, 2014, around 02:50 on January 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded the back seat of H-si operated by the victim G (38 years of age) before the F convenience store in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; (b) went to the front seat of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment at around 03:10 on the same day.

The Defendant prevented the victim from being exposed to his identity by taking the kitchen knife (Nos. 2, knife (No. 3), mast (Evidence No. 4), hume (Evidence No. 5), etc., and took the kitchen 18cc in his possession (No. 1, knife length, 18cc in total length), and 30cc in total length). The Defendant prevented the victim from resisting the victim by stating, “in addition to the calculation of tax base of, and the calculation of, the amount of money, 1.5 million won in the taxi,” and then deducted the cash owned by the victim from 1.5 million won in the taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant took a deadly weapon in cash owned by the victim.

B. On February 1, 2014, around 01:52 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded the back seat of K-si operated by the victim J (the age of 43) before the F convenience store located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; (b) went back to the edge of the M Hospital located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day at around 01:58.

A. The defendant

A person who has been in possession of his or her status after preventing his or her exposure to his or her status due to the heading, necking, etc.

By taking the kitchen knife written in the port, the victim was blicked with the victim, and the victim’s cash 60,000 won was deducted from the victim’s money in the taxi by stating, “I would like to be killed. I would like to go up with my own tax base. I would like to go against the victim.”

2. Around 202:38 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant, who prepared robbery, had the kitchens, caps, fences, etc. described in paragraph (1) to be used in committing the crime, and had them embarked on the Osi operated by N in front of the F convenience stores located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul.
