Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant, along with L (the same day’s suspension of indictment), committed as if he/she would pay the price in the “Osing practice hall” operated by the victim N in M M at the time of lighting around 23:00, and received two women’s helpers, drinking and drinking, and enjoy entertainment for approximately two hours.

However, the defendant did not have the ability and intention to pay the price normally even if he was provided with female helpers, alcohol, etc. from the injured party.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not pay 260,000 won because he escaped after enjoying amusement as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with L to induce the victim to acquire the above 2.60,000 won of property interest.

2. The Defendant is a personal taxi engineer C.

On September 21, 2016, around 14:27, the Defendant: (a) boarded the Victim P (52) and Q from the Slish telephone station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 64-ro 5-ro, Gangseo-gu, and continued to the Kimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 112, and (b) told Q who boarded the back seat to wear a safety level, thereby making a dispute.

On the same day, at around 14:33, when the above taxi waiting at a third-lane of the road in the 3-lane in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the victim, who was on board, intends to open a door to move to another taxi and get out of the taxi, and the defendant, who received a request from the injured party, was unable to get off the victim's left arms by scambling, and requested to get off the victim's left arms by scam, but he started the above taxi in the state where the scam is open and walk about 50 meters to the police box in the same Gu, thereby preventing the victim from getting out of the above taxi between 24 seconds.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

3. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant is a taxi operated by the Jinman on P by a computer at an irregular place.
