A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on March 13, 2014, the Defendant found the victim F (52 years old) in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the third floor, ordered the Plaintiff to do so, and ordered the Plaintiff to do so, and the Defendant took advantage of one female under the name of the victim H and the suspect, who was aware of in the normal place.
