Punishment of the crime

1. The fraud of Defendant A and M are as follows: (a) around 2007, Defendant A and M are members of the Ebaco club from around 2010 to around 2010; and (b) Defendant A were driving an OE under their own OEM and damaged by Ebaco; (c) Defendant A would give rewards to M in return for an insurance company’s false receipt of an accident in order to repair Ebaco with insurance money.

2. Defendant C’s fraud, Q, R, and S are in a social ex post facto relationship, and as a result, S conspired to receive insurance money by intentionally receiving the accident due to the damage caused by a traffic accident while driving his Oba, and Q bears the method of the accident, the location of the accident, the selection of the place where the accident occurred, the preparation of L's estimate, the role of the driver of the Lbab, and the role of the driver of the Lbab, and the Defendant C agreed to accept the Obaba with its insurance money.
