Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 8, 2016, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 12, 2016.
Defendant
C was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on October 27, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 2016.
Defendant C, “2016 Highest 8569,” who is a middle and high-ranking dealer, proposed that he will receive the purchase price from Defendant B, who is a middle and high-speed dealer, and that he will receive the purchase price. Defendant A and Defendant C, a customer of the victim G with Defendant B, purchased a vehicle owned by another middle and high-class seller, and subsequently I sold the vehicle to Defendant A under the name of the above “H” to raise profits, such as fees, and made public subscriptions in order to collect money from the injured party in the name of the other middle and high-class trader.
