A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2019, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the “G cafeteria” road located in the “G cafeteria,” to the front of the H.D., the Defendant, around May 22, 2019, on the road from May 22, 2019.
