A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Changwon District Court’s branch on March 8, 2017, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million due to the same offense in the same court on January 25, 2018.

On October 14, 2017, the Defendant, who entered the original of a notarial deed and the original of a notarial deed, was under control while driving under influence on drinking, prepared a false document as if he sold any vehicle to others and submitted it to the investigation agency and the court for sentencing.

On August 31, 2019, the Defendant was driving a B-low-income vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.110% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 500 meters from the front of the D-dong store in Tong-si to the front road of the F-si in Tong-si.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition of drinking driving regulations not less than twice, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

On October 25, 2017, the Defendant of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) drives a chip car without obtaining a driver's license from H parking lot located in Dong in Tong-si to the I apartment parking lot in Tong-si. 10.84 km.
