A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for fraud, etc., and on May 9, 2014, the said judgment becomes final and conclusive and is currently in the grace period.

1. Interference with business;

A. On October 21, 2014, at the end of 21:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force for about 30 minutes, including, but not limited to, the following: (a) within the E cafeteria operated by the victim Kimhae-si, the Defendant: (b) provided five students, including minors, with alcohol; and (c) provided the above students to the reported students; and (d) provided the victim who returned the above students with a large interest to “I will die after he/she left the Masan prison; and (e) provided that he/she will die from Masan-si; and (e) interfere with the victim’s restaurant operation.

B. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 09:40 on November 15, 2014, in the H Beauty room operated by the Victim G in Kimhae-si, the Defendant, while drunk, and was in the influence of alcohol, caused the victim to have his hair cut; (b) but, as the victim first gets the customers, there was a change, the Defendant told the victim that he would wait for some hours; and (c) laid off the cosmetic door before the beauty room, and obstructed the victim’s operation of the cosmetic room by force for about 20 minutes, such as the phrase “19 U.S. Ba” and read “119 U.S. Ba”.
