Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 27, 2013, the Defendant, who was living together with the victim at the victim C (nive, 30 years of age) house located in Gwangju Northern-gu B, was stolen by taking out the passbook owned by the victim, who was living in the victim’s house and was living outside the house by taking advantage of the gaps in the house.
2. Around 08:00 on September 29, 2013, the Defendant withdrawn and stolen KRW 1 million in cash against the will of the victim Gwangju Bank’s cash withdrawal manager, using a stolen passbook, such as paragraph (1), from the salary-dong branch office of the Gwangju Bank, which is located in the vicinity of the private distance in the Jeonnam-gu Seoul Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu.
3. On October 18, 2013, the Defendant withdrawn and steals KRW 1 million in cash and KRW 200,000 in cash on two occasions over two occasions against the will of the victim bank manager of the cash withdrawal machine, using a stolen passbook as referred to in paragraph (1) from the Yongsan-gu Seoul metropolitan Office ATM of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.

On November 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) released and stolen the amount of KRW 700,000 in cash and one million in cash on two occasions over the contrary to the intention of the cash withdrawal manager of the victim Gwangju Bank via a stolen passbook, such as Paragraph (1), from the Yongsan-gu Seoul Northern District Office ATM of Yongsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
5. On November 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) released and stolen the cash amount of one million won and one million won in cash, respectively, over two occasions against the will of the victim bank manager, using a stolen passbook, as prescribed in paragraph (1), from the Yongsan-gu Seoul metropolitan Office ATM of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
6. On December 13, 2013, the Defendant, at around 18:30 on December 13, 2013, withdrawn and stolen KRW 4.50,000 in cash against the will of the victim Gwangju Bank cash withdrawal manager, using a stolen passbook, such as paragraph (1), from the TPPM of the Yongsan apartment instead of the Yongsandong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
