1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;
2. 1 (No. 1), 1 (No. 2), 1 (No. 2), 1 (No. 2), 1, and 1.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On December 10, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for larceny at the Busan District Court, on July 24, 2008, to imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for larceny, etc. on July 16, 2009, and on January 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seo branch of the Daegu District Court on January 19, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on February 25, 2016.
[2] The Defendant: (a) stolen six bankbooks in total five times habitually; and (b) stolen total of KRW 13,360,000 in cash using a stolen passbook as set forth below; and (c) subsequently, the Defendant stolens KRW 13,360,000 from ATM machine.
1.
