A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired 200,000 won from the victim through a single bank account (D) under the name of the Defendant.
