Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in the Gyeongbuk-gun B.

1. A person who intends to operate a waste disposal business in another category of business violating the Wastes Control Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do governor;

Nevertheless, from March 2014 to April 14, 2014, the Defendant run an intermediate recycling business without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, by installing melting facilities (a heat 841HP x 1), a waste recycling facility, a waste recycling facility, a waste recycling facility (a heat 841HP x 1), and a oil vapor generated from heating, to recover oil, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.

2. Any person who intends to install emission facilities violating the Clean Air Conservation Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do governor or file a report thereon with the Mayor/Do governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from March 14, 2014 to March 14, 201, installed a heating channel (29.2 cubic meters) and auxiliary facilities (1.94 cubic meters), which are air pollution emission facilities, without filing a report thereon, and used the aforementioned emission facilities until April 14, 2014.
