A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

150,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Southern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence on October 21, 2010, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 22, 2012, around 20:30, the Defendant received KRW 50,000 in cash from D from Seo-gu Busan Cambur2, Seo-gu, Busan, and sold approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs to D, psychotropic drugs.

2. On May 6, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine from Busan East-gu EMamoto201, and dilution them with raw water, and administered them by means of injecting them into his left blood cells.
