Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on June 13, 2019, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for committing a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on June 21, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive, and is not a person handling narcotics.

On October 2019, the Defendant administered the psychotropic drugs in an influorous manner, the amount of psychotropic drugs, the Metropia’s Mebamination, in the first place below Daegu on October 2019.

1. Acceptance and purchase of psychotropic drugs Metephopa (one philoopopon; hereinafter referred to as “phiopon”);

A. On May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received one of the one for a single-use guards from C in the car parked on the street near the Daegu-gu “B market”; and (b) received them, without compensation, in the car of C with approximately 0.07 g of philopon.

B. On September 1, 2020, at around 16:00, the Defendant received 30,000 won from C and purchased a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.05 g of philopon from C.

C. On September 18:13, 2020, the Defendant promised C in front of the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, to purchase GWz automobiles at the end of the following day, 200,000 won for the purchase of philophones, and purchased them after being issued one of the multiple-use guards containing approximately 1.19 g of philophones, and approximately 0.32 g of philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 4, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 g of philopon into a single-use clopon in the Defendant’s residence, which was administered in a way of injecting the water into his left copon.

B. At around 18:00 on September 1, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones in the dwelling of the Defendant of the Daegu-gu J building, Daegu-gu, by means of dilutioning them into water in a single-use injection season, and administering them in one’s left arms.
