Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant discovered the E Cost Traex vehicle parked in the front of the “C” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with no locking the door of the vehicle, opened and opened the car string, cut off the string of the driver’s seat from the wall owned by the victim, and cut off approximately KRW 10,000 won of the 10,000 won of the string, which was located in the central receiving place.
