A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on September 23:25, 2017, around Jinju City, at C District District; (b) on September 23:25, 2017, the police officers assigned to the said District Zone D, who had been subject to a fine by entering themselves, and caused the police officers to gather a manual connected to the part of the Defendant’s ship, and part of the speaking was buried into D’s head, clothes, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on duty.
