1. Defendant A’s KRW 6,419,252 as well as 5% per annum from September 11, 2013 to June 17, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 8, 2012, at around 22:33, Defendant A, while driving a four-lane of 77 KK located in the direction of the Southern Sea Highway (hereinafter “Defendant A”) and rapidly changing the vehicle into three-lane, Defendant B’s D SppT sheet (hereinafter “Defendant B”) driving the three-lane in the same direction while driving the vehicle. Defendant A continued to stop the front part of Defendant B’s driving vehicle as the front side of Defendant A’s driving vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant 2’s driving accident”), and stopped on three-lanes and four-lanes.
B. At around 22:40 on July 8, 2012, E parked vehicles with three lanes at a speed of about 90km (hereinafter “instant rocketing vehicles”) from among four lanes in the direction of the Southern Sea Highway at a speed of about 7 KK, E stopped by reporting that Defendant 1, etc. stops on the front line 3 and four lanes in the direction of the proceeding, while driving at a speed of about 90km.
C. On July 8, 2012, around 22:40, the net G was driving a three-lane of 77 KK km in the direction of the Southern Sea Highway (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) with a four-lane of the 77K km, but did not find a preceding accident in the same lane and stopped on the same lane, and received a part of the Plaintiff’s front part of the instant rocketing vehicle with the front part of the Plaintiff.
