Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2017, the Defendant was a person whose driver’s license was revoked, and the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a BSP car within approximately six kilometers from September 10, 2017 to September 1227, 200, on the road near the west Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the road near the Taenam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
