On March 20, 2016, around 14:50 on March 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a B cargo vehicle with approximately 1.5 km from the place near the port of 1 to the front of the summer-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to the same Sungnam-gu without a driver's license.
