However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants from around B, 2016, have been in an internal relationship.

1. The Defendants, from February 2017, placed an advertisement by way of sending text messages to “K” to an unspecified number of men’s mobile phones, etc., with employment of sexual traffic women, such as I and J, from around 201 to 203, G 201, and H 204, the Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants: (a) from around 2017, placed an advertisement by way of sending out text messages to “K”; and (b) had the intention to arrange sexual traffic to the unreal-name male who received contact.

At around 21:55 on November 16, 2017, the Defendants received 1.50,000 won from the male who reported the advertisement and arranged the commercial sex acts with the above J, and acquired approximately 48,90,000 won in total by arranging the commercial sex acts from February 2, 2017 to November 26, 2017.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. From July 2016, Defendant A, from around 2016, employed a female sex trafficking business operator in the past, including 203, Ma studio 203, and 301, was willing to arrange the sex trafficking business for men in the name of the non-person who reported and contacted the advertisement by the method referred to in paragraph (1).

The Defendant, from July 2016 to February 24, 2017, received approximately KRW 1,50,000 from the male customers who reported the above advertisement over a total of 180 times from the above 2 sites of the above 2 sites, and then arranged sexual traffic by having the sexual traffic women pay KRW 100,000 to the female sexual traffic, and let them do sexual intercourse with the male.
