1. On November 1, 2018, from around February 15, 2019 to around February 15, 2019, the Defendant employed a non-commercial woman under the name of the D Building E in Suwon-si, advertised the “C” on the Internet “F,” etc. entertainment business advertising site, and reported the same to the customers, who sought KRW 45,000 from 45,000 to 60,000 for each course, and caused the non-commercial female to engage in the act of similarity in a way that stimulates the sexual organ of the customers by causing their descendants and injuries, and obtained a profit of KRW 100,000 per day by paying the remainder of the amount of each course, excluding 20,000,000,000 per day, to the women engaged in commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. On April 15, 2019, from around July 4, 2019 to around July 4, 2019, the Defendant placed an advertisement with the trade name of “C” on the advertisement site of entertainment establishments, such as the Internet “F,” etc., which are women engaged in sexual traffic, and placed an advertisement with the trade name of “C” on the advertisement site of entertainment establishments, such as L, K, L, M, and N, from around Suwon-si Building I, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and had the said women receive 45,000 won from 45,000 won to 60,000 won for each course, and had the said women engage in the act of similarity in a way that stimulates the sexual organ of their customers by making a payment for the remainder of 20,000 won per day, excluding their shares, from each course.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

On June 30, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million on June 25, 2018 to a fine of KRW 200,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon Friwon on June 30, 2014, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same offense in the same court on June 25, 2018, respectively.

On December 4, 2019, the Defendant’s driver’s license is granted from a Pinging parking lot located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to approximately 80 meters from the Pinging parking lot to the front road of the same Q building.
