Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant, on the front day of the C week located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, assaulted each of the victims in the event that the victims who walked on the way were shicking about themselves, tightly sealed the victim's face and left part of the victim D (the age of 18) on a five occasions, due to drinking and launching, 5 times the victim's face and left part, 3 times the victim E (the age of 23), and buckbucks in the side, 5 times the victim's face and left part of the victim E (the age of 23), and 50 continuously obstructed the victim's loss.
