A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Around 11:50 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.076%, and the Defendant driven a DNA car at a section of about 2 km from the front side of the “Ccafeteria” located in Kim Jong-si B to the “Ccafeteria Park” located in the same Do.
2. Injury;
A. At around 11:50 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 11:50, while drinking alcohol together with the victim E (n.e., 51 years of age) in a “C” restaurant located in Kim Jong-si, the Defendant took a bath for the victim to “Sscopia early damage”; (b) took the victim’s hair on his/her face to the victim’s face; (c) took the victim’s hair over in the process of avoiding the Defendant’s back-to-hand cup, she took the victim’s face back to the front of the calculation unit; (d) took two parts of the victim’s face back to the outside of the victim’s face to the victim’s face; and (e) took three parts of the victim’s face from the victim’s face to the victim’s face to the outside of the victim’s face to the victim’s face to the victim’s 5 meters away from the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, and she took the victim’s face to the victim’s face to the victim’s 4 meters.

3. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On September 7, 2019, the Defendant is in H at Kim Jong-si, around 21:00.
