1. Defendant C shall, in turn, turn out to the Plaintiff each point of indicated in the attached Form No. 1,2,12,11,10,9,81 among the 59 square meters in Seoul Jung-gu D 59 square meters.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On December 29, 2001, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on December 19, 2001, with respect to D & D 59 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).
B. (i) Ownership of the land and building of Defendant B, the land of Defendant B, is adjoining to the land immediately adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land.
She F completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 24, 1973 with respect to the building of 24 square meters in Jung-gu, Seoul and its ground 24 square meters in G, and 11 square meters in 11th and 19th and 16th and 19th in 24th in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and 24th in 1979. Around July 23, 1979, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of sale on December 19, 1973.
