[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months.

[Defendant B] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 150,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2007, Defendant A issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on January 13, 201, to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Jung-gu District Court on September 19, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the same court on January 13, 201.

Defendant

A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special intimidation at the District Court on October 17, 2019, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the KCA prison on February 10, 2020.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 6, 2020, Defendant A driven a two-wheeled vehicle owned B under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.204% while under the influence of alcohol content 0.204%, without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license from around the 1.7km section of “G” restaurant located in the front of the city of Speaker in the city of Speaker-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.

2. On September 5, 2020, Defendant B revoked his driver’s license due to drinking in a “G” restaurant operated by the Defendant, which is in F at the time of the Government of the Republic of Korea on September 5, 2020, and has a motor device bicycle driver’s license.
