Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On October 27, 201, Defendant A was sentenced to an injury, violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of alcohol), and imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the District Court on December 13, 2012. On December 13, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and completed the execution of the sentence on February 13, 201, by 1 year and six months.

B On September 23, 2014, a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) by the District Court of the Republic of Korea was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 1, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. On June 4, 2014, Defendant A, while under the influence of alcohol content of around 02:10, Defendant A, without a driver’s license, driven an I cargo vehicle from the frontway of the 145-ro to the neighboring “H” parking lot without a driver’s license, while driving a I cargo vehicle.
Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.
2. Defendant B
A. On June 3, 2014, the Defendant of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) asked A to “A to have his/her own name cut off in Ansan and drive his/her own name on the road,” and from A, “A must not have a driver’s license.”
