Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the defendants are above 3 years.

Punishment of the crime

B is the representative director of G Co., Ltd. who purchased the F golf course in Hamyeong-gun E around December 29, 2010. Defendant A is the head of G Co., Ltd. who is in charge of the management of F golf course, and H is the employee of the I Special Security Group.

1.
