Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months in Seoul Eastern District Court for special larceny, and that sentence shall be subject to the same year.

5.2. A fixed and conclusive period of stay of execution is currently in force;

1.
