Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CYF rocketing car;
On December 27, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of about 90km per hour between the 20:25 minutes and the 159.3km in the direction of the Gangwon-do Highway located in the Yacheon-ri, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 90km per hour, depending on the one-lanes of the two-lanes of the city from the Yacheon-ri to the Yungung-ri.
At night, it was difficult for the victim D(49 years old) driver to store snow on the road, and the victim D(49 years old) driver was driving the vehicle on the hill side along the two-lanes of the above road, so the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to observe the vehicle, to accurately operate the steering and operating the steering system, and to prevent the accident in advance.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) by its occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the Victim F (F) who was on board the above YFMMM car for approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (b) inflicted injury on the victim D such as cerebral typosis which requires approximately ten (10) weeks of medical treatment; (c) injury on the victim G (V, 46 years of age), victim H (22 years of age); and (d) the victim I (V, 17 years of age), upon each of the above strings of approximately two (2) weeks of medical treatment; and (e) at the same time, upon each victim F (F) who was on board the above YFM car, approximately KRW 14,617,73 won of repair cost; and (e) KRW 3,208,240 of repair cost, management of the Drown local headquarters of the Korea Highway branch; and (e) KRW 3,240 of repair cost.
2. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document is a traffic accident that occurred at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
