Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as if he did not have any tenant, changed the detailed statement of perusal by the household, and used it as if he did not have any tenant, was able to obtain a loan from the financial right. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased from D, Kimhae-si, 307 Dong 1502 of E apartment from D, Kimhae-si, 300,000 won on the condition that he succeeds to the lessee F’s obligation to pay the lease deposit amount of KRW 100,000,000,000 from D, and used the above real estate as collateral.

1. On the same day, the Defendant submitted documents to apply for a loan of KRW 80 million with the above apartment as security at the Jinju Savings Bank Kim Jong-dong at the same time, the Defendant presented the above detailed statement to H, who is aware of such circumstances.

On the same day, the Defendant applied for a security loan by hiding the fact that the above apartment house has no actual collateral value because the prior tenant of KRW 100 million of the lease deposit had already been in existence at the point of the Jininju Savings Bank Co., Ltd. on the same day, and obtained approval from the above H and obtained a loan of KRW 80 million from the victim.
