Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are the employees retired after entering into an employment contract with the Defendant Company that is engaged in the manufacture and sales business of ethyl code and steel lines for the reinforcement of ice code and serving as production workers until January 31, 2014.
B. The defendant company has paid bonuses to its employees, including the plaintiffs, and the contents of the collective agreement, rules of employment, rules of employment, rules of occupational benefits payment, standard of payment of functional bonus are as follows.
