Defendant
A is the highest level of directors who operate the F Korean agency, which is an illegal multi-level financial company in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and Defendant B, C and G are the higher level of directors of the F Korean agency.
No person shall engage in monetary transactions without any transaction of goods, etc. using a multi-level marketing organization or any similar organization that is comprised of persons by stages.
Nevertheless, the Defendants and G granted the class of the invested amount and the number of subordinate investors, and organized a multi-level company consisting of nine stages in fact by dividing the beginning, middle, and high-level stages by class. When recruiting new investors, the Defendants and G was equipped with a system of management allowances to receive a certain percentage of money for the small investment amount among the two subordinate investors when recruiting two subordinate investors, and the management allowances to receive a certain percentage of money for the small investment amount among the two subordinate investors when recruiting two subordinate investors, and then recruited investors using the said multi-level organization to attract many unspecified investors and introduce the F companies and platforms and to receive the investment amount by stating that high-income is guaranteed when purchasing the virtual shares of F companies on the platform.
