Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute obscene images through an information and communications network.

At around 16:30 on April 16, 2013, the Defendant, who was a member of AD, Add'B, Add', Add', Add'C on the Internet file-sharing website’s main disc, and distributed obscene images through an information and communications network to enable an unspecified NAE to download, by accessing the above website at Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant’s residence, and then accessing the above website “(Ahhhhhh School 19)” (i.e., e., fry or fry for a master book, and having no longer any more d'hhhhh school).
