A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On December 13, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 14:10 on December 13, 2016, and led to turn to the left at the direction of the entrance of the parking lot in the Jeju-si, the lot, and the aftermath of the lot.
