1. The Defendant’s KRW 93,964,95 and KRW 39,507,297 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 16.5% per annum from July 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Following the facts of recognition may be recognized by integrating the purpose of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

On February 22, 2007, the Plaintiff lent 150,000 won to the Defendant on February 22, 2012, 6.7% per annum, and overdue interest at 16.2% per annum, respectively.

B. As of July 21, 2015, the balance of the principal and interest of the above loan as of July 21, 2015 is the principal amount of KRW 39,507,297, and the interest and interest interest amount of KRW 54,457,698.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 93,964,95 in total, and the amount of KRW 39,507,297 in total, the interest on the loan and the interest on delay calculated at the rate of 16.2% per annum from July 22, 2015 to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
