A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. Around 09:00 on November 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concluded a car rental agreement with the said company operator E and KRW 120,000 per day on November 6, 2012; and (b) concluded a car rental agreement with the victim on November 6, 2012; and (c) handed over a F 7 car with the market price of KRW 25 million.

After the end of the scheduled return date, the Defendant: “I will use turl only by phone to E; I will use turl only for one month”; and “I will first deposit 1.2 million won of the usage fee in order to use turl for one month”; but, on November 30, 2012, E demanded that “I will no longer believe,” but the Defendant embezzled the said K7 car owned by the victim by refusing to return.

2. The Defendant rejected the return of K7 passenger vehicles as described in paragraph 1, and E, at the time of the last telephone conversation, sent the car number of the siren.

In order to avoid the regulation and defects, the number plate of another motor vehicle was stolen and affixed to the said motor vehicle.

On December 3, 2012, around the new wall, the Defendant discovered the JM7 car owned by the victim I, who was parked near the H apartment site located in G in SM, and removed the front and back number plate of the above SM7 car, using the construction section located in the above K7 car construction zone, and then loaded it into K7 car.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen two car number plates equivalent to 60,000 won at the market price of the victim I.

3. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, illegally using air units, or illegally using air units, and the Defendant in an unlawful-use air defense event, at the right side of the National Highway, in the front of the above K7 car in front of the above K7 car, removed the number plate, and then stolen on the same page.
