A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) stolen Fentz (S600L) passenger cars owned by the victim E from 'SK KK Ka from 'SK', a medium sale site, from the operator of 'D' car center in Daegu-si, Northern-gu, Seoul; and (b) committed an attempt to drive the car in shift from the number plate of other automobiles.

1. On May 8, 2016, at around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) was able to carry out as if the Defendant was a vehicle inspector sent by the victim E from the “H” operated by the victim E in G in Kimhae-si; and (b) I, an employee, “A vehicle inspection is about to be conducted; (c) the vehicle noise is different; (d) the vehicle noise is confirmed.

2. Violation of the provisions of the Automobile Management Act, such unlawful use of the air, use of the air in an unlawful manner, use of air;

A. On May 7, 2016, at D’C Center operated by the Defendant on May 19:0, the Defendant: (a) removed the number plate in front of the Big Vehicle owned by the Defendant for the purpose of displaying a number plate in order to avoid confluence with the intent of cutting off the e-owned B’s cenz car, such as paragraph (1).

On May 8, 2016, at around 11:40, the Defendant: (a) attached a JA car license plate which was arbitrarily removed from the SPWW car, as set forth in paragraph (1), from the SPG located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and (b) operated a benz car with a J number plate attached from the SPG to the underground parking lot of the dong-gu apartment unit located in the east-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, by 15:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant used an automobile registration number plate which is an air defense for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised an automobile registration number plate which was illegally used.

B. At around 19:00 on May 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was in the change in North-gu, Daegu-si, 19:30 on the same day after removing the number plate from the front of the motor vehicle owned by the Defendant at the above “D” car center; and (b) was in the change in the east-gu, Daegu-si.
